The unwinding, leveling, and cutting production line is equipment that flattens and cuts metal sheets into block shaped sheets. It usually consists of a loading and unloading machine, an unwinding machine, a pallet pressure guiding device, a leveling machine, a movable bridge guiding and correcting device, a sizing mechanism, a shearing machine, a conveying worktable, a hydraulic lifting and stacking platform, a material transport roller platform, and a hydraulic system, as well as an electrical control system. The main hydraulic and pneumatic electronic control components and sizing system mechanisms are all selected from internationally renowned brands.
This equipment is mainly used for processing cold-rolled carbon steel coils, stainless steel coils, and non-ferrous metal plates. By configuring a six fold leveling machine, it is possible to level and cut metal aluminum plates and other plates with high surface requirements to a fixed length. Cutting can be done using ordinary machinery or hydraulic shearing machines, while horizontal and vertical cutting can be selected according to user needs. Supporting related models can provide a wider range of functional extensions.
